1:1 Coaching

Find out what is in the way of you and healing!

I offer focused one-on-one consultations to meet you where you are and help you achieve the specific goals right for you.

Equally important, I work in both an emotional coaching capacity and as an expert functional medicine clinical nutritionist, reflecting the diversity of my experiences from more than two decades in practice. This combination allows for unique customization that has proven especially valuable for those with chronic gut issues and histories of disordered eating.

Areas of specialization include the following:

  • Personalized approaches to nutrition and health goals

  • Self-compassion to change the mindset around chronic health conditions

  • Functional Medicine Nutrition lab work (stool, blood, urine, saliva, breath) and personalized interpretation

  • Gut dysbiosis, including SIBO, IBS, and IBD

  • Food sensitivity resolution

I have 20 years of nutrition and health expertise to help you reach your goals.

Are you exhausted by your search to find peace with food? Tired of trying to get your thinking around food “right?” Are group classes just not for you? Are you tired of how much energy and effort it takes to find answers and create a plan?

Then, 1:1 coaching is an ideal option to consider. Working directly with me, we’ll get to the root of your health struggles using a blend of self-compassion, clinical nutrition, and an array of functional medicine health tests to create a customized plan for longevity.

In these 60-minute appointments, you will:

  • Develop fundamental, practical skills to change by learning how to think differently about your health.

  • A highly customized plan and solution (every client is unique).

  • Explore your belief system and its connection to your relationship with food and your health.

  • Learn how self-compassion can impact beliefs and are unconsciously sabotaging the goals you are trying to reach.

  • Build trust in your body’s cues and signals.

  • Add to what you may have already accomplished in therapy.

  • Create a personal practice beyond Intuitive Eating, HAES, and diet culture.
