With over 20 years of experience as both an emotional coach and a functional medicine clinical nutritionist, I bring a unique integration of self-compassion work, personalized nutrition, and advanced functional lab testing (stool, blood, urine, saliva, breath). This combination allows for a deeply customized approach, especially valuable for those navigating chronic gut issues, food sensitivities, or histories of disordered eating.
